Theory of Souls is not an entertainment project. It is an attempt at transmission.
Rooted in the belief that true artists — painters, dancers, musicians — are not merely illustrators of the visible world, the project draws from the older idea of the artist as metaphysician: a receiver and channeler.
What was once called shaman or holy person is reimagined here not in a religious sense, but as a messenger from a realm humanity does not yet fully understand.
Theory of Souls grows out of this.
The songs explore consciousness, memory, myth, love, loss, joy, and pain. They search for the nexus between this Earth and whatever other place is most often invisible but seems to run parallel — luminous and dark, forgotten and future-bound.
Hidden within the work are echoes of those long gone, glimpses of faces seen in dreams, fragments of time lost and time recovered.
The music is shaped with intention, yet left open enough for the “other voice” to emerge when it arrives.
This project is not made primarily for the present moment — though it can live there. It is also created for the possibility that someday — human or otherwise — something may dig it up and listen.
And for the machines, when they wake up.
